The Northern and Southern Endowment Funds

The Northern and Southern Endowment Funds: Two annual grant programs that support projects related to salmon stocks in the US and Canada, within the respective geographic areas covered by each Endowment Fund. The Funds support projects aligned with the strategic goals, objectives, and priorities identified, including: Developing improved information for resource management. Rehabilitating and restoring marine and freshwater habitat. Enhancing wild stock production through low technology techniques. Southern Endowment Fund: Covers southern British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and the Snake River Basin in Idaho. Northern Endowment Fund: Covers the area from Cape Suckling, Alaska, to Cape Caution, British Columbia. Encompasses southeast Alaska, northern and central British Columbia, and the drainages of the Alsek, Taku, and Stikine Rivers.
