Senior Climate Equity & Reconciliation Planner

The Senior Climate Equity & Reconciliation Planner provides subject matter expertise, process expertise, coordination, and guidance to City staff with the objective of advancing justice, equity, decolonization, reconciliation, and inclusion in the City’s climate adaptation and mitigation work. This position is responsible for advancing the work outlined in the City’s Equity Framework within climate programs and policies, for supporting equity-related initiatives within the Sustainability Group, and for working collaboratively with all partners to elevate this work across the organization.
