Community Engagement Assistant

This position will help increase GSA's capacity on two community engagement projects: 1) a collaboration with Cowichan Tribes on exploring and developing a vision for marine protection in their territory and 2) a dialogue and mapping exercise on the impacts of climate change on local communities. The successful candidate will be trained and supported by GSA’s two experienced Community Organizers, and work in collaboration with Cowichan Tribes and a team of other Summer Jobs positions across the Salish Sea region! This is a Canada Summer Jobs position and candidates must be under 30 to be eligible.
